The Benefits of Drinking Water

As the summer is swiftly fading, I would like to remind everyone that there are still fullness of hot days left and it is very leading to keep hydrated. It is crucial to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, and more in hotter weather. Water has many, many purposes but one of them is that we need it in order to live.

We can go days, weeks and maybe even months without food, but without water we can only survive a few days at most. The human body is in the middle of 55-70% and No corporal function takes place without the use of water! I cannot stress adequate how leading it is and how we must all consolidate on saying to ourselves More Water Please! If your throat is dry, or you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated. Those are signs to get water into your body...and fast!

Water not only quenches our thirst, it also has many other responsibilities. It carries nutrients throughout the body, flushes out waste, adds moisture to our tissues, helps upholstery our joints, and aides in the regulation of body temperature....just to mention a few!
